I owe my sanity to Lou and his team. As a fairly naive first home buyer, I felt overwhelmed by the process - until I found LP Advisory. I wish I'd known about buyers' advocates earlier - I would have engaged Lou for the whole shebang! As it was, his negotiation service was outstanding. Having Lou on my side, with his market knowledge and well-established relationships with agents, significantly reduced the stress of searching and buying.
