Best year of our lives thanks to Melissa and her KPI team! Despite 2020 been a strange year for everyone, these challenging times have helped us to realize what and who is essential to have around, and for sure one of those things is a good place to live, and another one is people who really want to help others and to make life easier for everyone.It was probably luck what has us rent an apartment managed by KPI because shortly after the leases were signed COVID-19 was in full flight. For my partner and I as young foreign students from Colombia it was extremely hard to keep going in a different country, different language and beginning from zero. Unfortunately we also lost our jobs as soon as the outbreak began which had us feeling vulnerable and scared.Melissa was always one call away to help us in everything we need, always keeping us up to date with general information and mediating between us and the landlords always with the best of intentions to both. I am really impressed on how dedicated she is to her job. It was very important for us as tenants to have somebody like her on our side as we are living in Melbourne alone.When the Government recently opened the rent relief grant to foreigners Melissa called COVID-19 Rent Relief Team unbeknown to us and had them contact us to assist us with the documentation for the $3,000 grant for myself and my partner being $6,000 in total. Words cannot describe how grateful we are. This is a real testament to her character and care of both her tenants and landlords making sure we could cover our rent with ease. Now I understand why she is known as The Property Lady!Our big thank you for everything Melissa, and best wishes for KPI!Positive Responsiveness, Professionalism

I can highly recommend Melissa Opie of Keyhole Property Investments as your vendor advocate. Melissa is an incredible negotiator and she successfully sold my home of 43 years. As an older woman I felt protected with Melissa to guide me through the sales process . Melissa is a true professional and takes pride in achieving the best results and was always available when I had questions. Thank you again Melissa.

After a bad experience with another property management agency, I changed to KPI who have been proactive, responsive and forthcoming with advice from their many years of experience in the industry. It has been a huge help to have Melissa onside, especially while I have been living overseas. Most importantly, she built a great relationship with my tenants. The good will generated from that can’t be matched. Thank you Melissa!
