We expect a high standard from the people we work with and Mitch Keen of Keen Acquisitions exceeded those expectations in every way. He was a top notch guide from start to finish, working tirelessly to help us search on the Central Coast, Eastern and Inner West of Sydney, and the Northern Beaches. His deep network of connections allowed us to see many homes when they were still off-off market. He remembered all the things we wanted and didn’t want, guided us toward the homes that fit the bill and away from the ones that didn’t, qualifying the reasons why while still keeping the ball in our court. He created wonderful video walkthroughs of each property which was a huge help when we were overseas and also saved us valuable time by eliminating some of the homes without needing to go in person. His eye for detail was a huge asset, drawing our attention to potential issues with each property whether it be positioned on a noisy street or that it was in need of retaining walls that would add substantial costs, or pointing out poorly constructed elements, as well as highlighting all the positives. When it came time to put forward an offer, he was exactly who you’d want in your corner. He was a shrewd negotiator while still being understated in his approach. Mitch organized and guided us seamlessly through the building and pest, connected us with a great conveyor, mortgage broker, rental management company, and builders for repairs — he was there to assist with everything we needed. He was quick and responsive with communication, and always had our backs. He was all this and so much more. We could not have asked for a better buyer’s agent. A+++++

Mitch was an absolute legend to work with. He helped us secure a great investment property in no time and guided us through every step of the process. As first-time investors, there were plenty of things we didn’t fully understand, and Mitch always took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we felt confident in our decisions. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without him. He went above and beyond — from organising building and pest inspections to connecting us with a property manager and helping get tenants in. His dedication was next level, even replying to our questions on Christmas Eve! His knowledge, patience, and hands-on support made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. My hubby & I had been looking to buy on the Central Coast for a couple of months & after doing our own research, not being familiar with the area and not really knowing the market we were finding it difficult. I rang Mitch & at very short notice we met with him. At our very first meeting we discussed our needs and we felt an enormous level of comfort in knowing he understood exactly what we wanted.
