First and foremost… wow I had the privilege of seeing Alice’s previous success through the many friends who had also used her services, but it did not take long for me to know that I would be given the same level of care and expertise. From the first phone call, it became very apparent that Alice is an extremely knowledgeable and professional buyers advocate. I knew I would be in great hands. Alice’s first order of business was to show 5 properties that matched different aspects of my brief, which would in turn allow us to further narrow down what my true priorities were. Alice perfected the balance of sharing her knowledge of the quality of property I should aspire to have, while also keeping in mind the brief I had provided (as well as the opinions of my parents). She was patient while I battled between which was more important – the size or the location. From the initial phone call, it took Alice 7 weeks to find my dream property – an off-market property that ticked so many of my boxes. Turns out, there was really not much compromising required!! It would have literally been impossible for me to purchase the property I have, with Alice’s connections and quick thinking she was able to ensure the property stayed off market. Meaning we were able to make the purchase without the stress of a public auction. Furthermore, she took charge in organising every aspect imperative to a successful purchase, such as the building inspection, solicitors, as well as chasing up the bank. As a young-ish first home buyer, Alice was so approachable and easy to contact. She never made me feel like my questions were silly, and I always felt like she was on my side. And almost equally as important… my parents loved her too!!

Alice did a terrific job finding us a house. She was very supportive, patient, thorough and diligent. She saved us weeks/months of time and money as well and made the potentially stressful home-buying experience very manageable. I Would recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Melbourne. Alice is an incredible human being and she was an invaluable source of wisdom throughout my first home buying journey. Alice expertly guided me through each step and scenario, forever patient, process-driven, tactical and dedicated. Her rare skillset is what makes her such a pro, and filled me with confidence the whole way through. I am SO happy with the outcome, and had a lot of fun along the way too which I did not necessarily expect. I cannot imagine buying a place without Alice's help. She's too good!
