We'd like to say thank you to Lynda and Kendall for all the help and effort they put into finding and purchasing our new home in Melbourne. We're based in Brisbane and have been looking to buy and relocate. As this is a first purchase for us we didn't really know how best to approach it, especially taking into consideration that we were in a different state, and attending house viewings would have been fairly difficult. Luckily, we were referred to Lynda by our mortgage agent. Lynda asked all the right questions and provided valuable insights on the market at the get go. We went through a bit of a process, rethinking our priorities and red flags. The team went to countless house viewings on our behalf with great attention to detail and video summaries of the properties. Roughly 2 months into the process (with us switching priorities and wants a couple of times), we finally found a property that perfectly suited our criteria; however, the price point was borderline, therefore we asked Lynda to attend the auction on our behalf, being almost sure that we'll be outpriced. The auction went in our favour and at a good price (thanks to Lynda's negotiation skills), and we are now the owners of a wonderful home! Lynda, Kendall and team were very supportive throughout the journey, answering questions, providing advice and taking the process all the way to settlement. Thank you! Thankyou Lynda, Kendall, Christine and Trent for exceptional service in finding my new home. From the first phone call I felt supported and knew what was going to happen at every step. Communication was flawless and proactive - I never felt uncertain or wondered what was going to happen next. Lynda and her team went beyond what I could even hope for in terms of understanding a highly complex brief, an emotional client (me) and competing priorities from different family members. Despite this - and several changes of direction throughout the campaign, Lynda and her team considered all options and proactively came up with a solution to meet the needs of all members of my family. Even though at times I thought I would not be able to buy what I wanted, where I wanted - Lynda did not lose sight of my aims and goals - she and her team were validating and advocated at every step of the way. The purchase of our new home was not the end, and this is where Inview are really ahead of their peers - post sale care and attention to detail has been beyond what I could hope for. From deciphering building reports, advising and presenting future actions to supporting the finalising of contracts and negotiations - every step and every question is pre emted and addressed before you even think of it. Thank you Lynda, Kendall, Christine and Trent - I cannot thank you enough for the impact you have had on me - and my families - life.

Emily and I wanted to sincerely thank the Inview Property team, particularly Trent, Kendall and Lynda, for the support and guidance they provided throughout our investment property journey, which started all the way back in January. Out of the four property purchases we have now been through, this was easily the least stressful. The team remained professional, trustworthy, approachable and genuinely friendly throughout the entire process, which made a huge difference. We also really appreciated their punctuality, reliability and communication. They were never late to a meeting and always made us feel like our time and goals mattered. One moment that really stood out to us was around the 2026 Budget announcement. Rather than simply pushing ahead, the team made the immediate decision to reconnect with us and reassess whether purchasing another investment property was still the right move for our future. That showed us they genuinely cared about our long-term position, not just completing a transaction. If we were in a position to purchase again tomorrow, we would have no hesitation trusting the Inview Property team to assist us with another investment.
