We'd like to say thank you to Lynda and Kendall for all the help and effort they put into finding and purchasing our new home in Melbourne. We're based in Brisbane and have been looking to buy and relocate. As this is a first purchase for us we didn't really know how best to approach it, especially taking into consideration that we were in a different state, and attending house viewings would have been fairly difficult. Luckily, we were referred to Lynda by our mortgage agent. Lynda asked all the right questions and provided valuable insights on the market at the get go. We went through a bit of a process, rethinking our priorities and red flags. The team went to countless house viewings on our behalf with great attention to detail and video summaries of the properties. Roughly 2 months into the process (with us switching priorities and wants a couple of times), we finally found a property that perfectly suited our criteria; however, the price point was borderline, therefore we asked Lynda to attend the auction on our behalf, being almost sure that we'll be outpriced. The auction went in our favour and at a good price (thanks to Lynda's negotiation skills), and we are now the owners of a wonderful home! Lynda, Kendall and team were very supportive throughout the journey, answering questions, providing advice and taking the process all the way to settlement. Thank you!
