If you are a first time buyer like I was or a seasoned property veteran with years of experience Greg's in depth knowledge of the market combined with thorough planning and strategic application through his network within the real estate industry all equates to a sound investment in his service and a positive outcome. Without experience I began my property search with the simple objective of not getting in over my head while securing my desired place. Although I learnt quickly, it soon became apparent I was out of my depth. Inspections with agents looking to please their vendors and the competition of other buyers left me daunted by the difficulty of nailing the one which ticked all boxes. I called Greg. From that moment I felt assured I couldn't go wrong. From our first meeting and briefing to finaI settlement I found the process an enjoyable, educational journey in seeking my first home. Greg astutely took me beyond my initial property vision to a higher level of investment and future growth still well within my means. I never doubted his advice, always followed his nose on things and, above all, trusted that his prime objective was to find me the number one property of choice. His guidance, support and ear to my anxious moments (of which I had many) was commendable and invaluable. Even outside of our weekly calls and viewings, he was always available. He created timelines for me to follow within his project management and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the wheels turning. One person in his network became my mortgage broker. Together they worked seamlessly to secure my home. The property was listed as "One You Will Cherish", apt for how I feel about the home Greg helped me acquire. From viewing to acceptance of offer it took three days to nail at median price. Without him I would not be sitting in my sun filled living room writing this review. Greg is not only excellent in what he does but also very passionate about it. I highly recommend him as your agent.

Greg was very helpful throughout the entire buying process and shared valuable insights that enabled me to purchase a property with absolute confidence. He was very responsive and would make himself available for any inspections I wished to attend, either in person or virtually. Greg was very professional throughout the process, and the combination of both his experience in property investing and knowledge of the market streamlined the process.
