If you’re currently house hunting, or have been for a while and are feeling stuck, we can’t recommend Sebastian and Rhiannan highly enough. We started our search on our own - spending several months going to inspections, attending auctions and making a few offers that didn’t succeed. It was draining and we weren’t sure if we were approaching it the right way or if we were missing something. At that point we decided to engage Sebastian and Rhiannan and the difference was like night and day. From the beginning, they took the time to understand exactly what we wanted in a home, both for our lifestyle now and for the future. They helped us sharpen our thinking, focus on the right suburbs and properties and avoid wasting time on homes that looked good on paper but weren’t the right fit. Throughout the process, they brought a huge amount of insight - on value, future growth, renovation potential, on the less visible things you might not pick up when buying on your own. When it came time to negotiate, they executed with real precision and calmness. We ended up buying a property that we genuinely believe (and still believe) is an amazing deal, in a market where that’s not easy to do. Looking back, we wish we’d engaged them sooner - it would have saved us months of uncertainty and stress. If you’re reading this and wondering whether to take the step of hiring a buyer’s agent, and whether Sebastian and Rhiannan are the right choice - we can say from experience that they absolutely are. They made what can be an overwhelming process feel clear, strategic and ultimately very successful for us.

Wonderful service from Sebastian. He found me a wonderful property which ticked all my boxes. More than I could have hoped for! He kept me informed throughout the process, sending me videos of the properties he inspected and prepared comprehensive reports into serious contenders. Seb was incredible to work with throughout my home buying journey.
