I was searching for a suitable commercial property during the steep rise in property prices through the pandemic. I was introduced to Heath who presented a compelling offer to act on my behalf. I was expecting a 6 to 12 month search but Heath landed a great property at a great price within a couple of months. He guided me all the way until the long settlement. He is highly conscientious and is always available to provide adhoc advice. Heath taught me a lot and we developed a great friendship throughout the intense but fruitful journey. Great ROI from all angles. Can't recommend highly enough.
