Valeria was exceptional at her job and I wouldn’t have got my current home without her input. I found her honest and diligent and easy to communicate with and get along with. She could have made her job easier by saying yes to a couple of options I was considering but she said no and told me why it wasn’t a good investment long term. The place I’ve ended up with exceeded my expectations and I got more than I ever thought I was capable of getting. She knows what she’s doing! I cannot recommend Gayle Walker highly enough. Gayle is an excellent communicator in terms of both timeliness and content. She kept us up to date with developments, literally 24/7. Gayle puts a lot of effort into researching the market including the economic climate, competition, supply and demand, and differentiating factors that may work in your favour. She negotiated an excellent outcome for us, and I would not hesitate to use her services again.
