Suzi has lived in the Southern Highlands for 13 years and has been operating her business as a Relocation Consultant for 7 years. I spoke to several agents just recently that I had encountered last July. I asked them to contact her with possible suitable homes meeting my criteria. They, without prompting, spoke highly of Suzi and assured and supported me of my wise decision to hire her services. Suzi knows all the agents and has a great reputation.Suzi has an outgoing and engaging personality that makes you feel at ease and in good hands straight away! Suzi understands the life changes and stages that people of all ages go through and this is a very important aspect of the service Suzi provides. I'm a single dad with three kids, workin my guts out diggin tunnels under Sydney. Needed an SMSF place that wasn't gonna bleed me dry with repairs. Heard enough horror stories to know what I didn't want. Adam pulled a proper off market deal. Seller came straight to adam cause they didn't wanna muck around with a real estate agent. From sign-up to done and dusted was about four weeks. I stuffed up pickin my own conveyancer without really knowing what to look for and they mucked up something, but Adam smoothed it over. Lined me up with a top property manager, got their fees down near 2%, and boosted an extra $75 a week rent. Even teed up an open home before settlement so no vacancy straight onto the rent roll. The craziest part of it all is Adam kept sending me other places like mine selling for $100-125k more. Bloody unreal. This one's set me and the kids up big time.
