I always wanted to do some thing through real estate investing that lead to financial freedom, I attended many seminars and joined realestate courses but did not know where to start, but Luckily I came across IPG in social media and Telivision and attended their Seminar conducted in Sydney last year 2025 by Moxin Reza (CEO of IPG and Data scientist) and joined their group with a membership which gave me my Individual personalised financial freedom plan through Investments, here at IPG they provide everything under one roof(mortgage brokers, Accountants, financial planners, buyers agents, Developers, conveyancers, solicitors, property managers etc), they hand hold through every step from finding you a best performing property to buy till settlement of the property. I recently bought an investment property in my smsf and thanks to the whole team at IPG for a smooth process and guidance in every step. The property has already gone up in value in very short period of time and will be ready with equity to buy next property according to the time plan. We engaged with Investor Partner Group about 6 months ago now following a referral from a friend. We had been contemplating purchasing an investment property for a couple of years now however were not willing to spend what would be needed to invest in Sydney, which is where we live. As we have not purchased an investment property before and did not know where to start or what to look for, IPG made the entire process so much simpler for us and guided us the whole way. From start to finish, they helped define our investment strategy, connected us to brokers and accountants to set up the financing, Trust and SMSF and connected us to buyers agents in the various states to look for properties that aligned to our strategy. They performed all the due diligence to ensure the properties they recommended to us were a sound investment. We now own 2 duplex pairs in Victoria and Queensland and are very happy with the decisions we have made. I don’t believe we could have achieved this on our own as the expertise, guidance and support provided by IPG was invaluable in kickstarting our property investment journey. I am so glad we found the team at IPG. New to property investing and these guys have been a massive help from start to finish. They guided us through the many stages of a property purchase cycle to ensure a smooth and well understood process for us with limited experience. Communication from their whole team was fantastic. They set a clear strategy at the start based on what our needs and wants are and the wider team are all in alignment throughout the whole process.
