A masterclass in property buying—Good Deeds is in a league of its own. I’ve worked with Good Deeds twice now, and each time they’ve raised the bar. This is a first-class operation where you can feel the passion—every team member genuinely loves what they do. We worked primarily with Rachael Bube, who is the embodiment of calm expertise: deeply knowledgeable, endlessly patient, and always available. Her advice is grounded in common sense, not pointless jargon. If you're hesitating over the price—don’t. You’ll get it back in one (or more) of three ways: 1. Capital Growth: I bought my first investment property solo in 2010—10km from the CBD, 2 bed, 1 bath. after reading numerous property investment books. In 2012, I gave Good Deeds the same brief - 10km from the CBD, 2 bed, 1 bath. Fast forward to 2025: My pick: 6.1% p.a. growth Good Deeds pick: 7.4% p.a. growth Plus, the rental yield and maintenance profile were far superior on the Good Deeds property. 2. Avoiding Expensive Mistakes: Their Capital Growth Predictor is a game-changer. It strips emotion from the process and helps you avoid second-rate properties—whether you're investing or buying to live. No buyer’s remorse. No costly renovations to make up for the mistake. 3. Negotiation Mastery: Veronica bid on a property for me against a seasoned agent. Her tactics were so sharp, he walked off before the auction ended. Even the auctioneer asked her where she learned to bid like that ! They don’t just help you buy—they help you understand. From neighbourhood issues to rat-run streets, your future needs to parking nightmares, they surface the stuff you wouldn’t even know to ask about.
