When we spoke to Ramon the first time he was not pushy and aggressive to sign on with him but he wanted to listen to what we want and how he can help us to get us our dream home. After 3 insightful meetings we decided to use his services tailored to our requirementsOut came the property which we could only inspect once and the seller wanted to sell in the next 2 days. Inspection was the next day in the afternoon, however, Ramon was quite accomodating and made sure he was available in such short notice. We visited the property and we could see how he was developing a rapport with the selling agent and gain valuable information. He did the due diligence on the property and was in constant touch with the agent. We only had till 11AM the next day to put in our offer, however, Ramon got an extension for an hour so we can make our decision. He also got insightful information on the range which the other buyers were offering. After 2-3 hours of constant communication and negotiation with the agent, our offer was accepted with a cooling off period.During the cool off period, there were a lot of errors and miscommunication between the other parties involved, however, Ramon was proactive in highlighting these and making sure this was rectified. On the cool off end date, Ramon assisted us in other ways of paying the deposit since the EFT would take more than a day to get paid and we wanted to make sure the funds were sent to the agents trust account on the very same day. we then deposited the cheques to the agents office and Ramon was in touch with us throughout this time.If you like a property he would put his heart and soul to make sure we get the property. Ramon is insightful, informative, and professional and knows the market very well. Ramon always focuses on how you can add value to a property thus you are not overpaying on a deal which is the 1st thing every buyer is worried about.
