Thanks to John's expert advice, we quickly established that our property FOMO would be best served by investing rather than locking in a massive purchase as a PPOR. John and his team guided us very well through their own pre-sales process, answering many messages and phone calls as we tried to settle on an area. Once we had our pre-approval, they sprung into action quickly, and we worked with Ben from there on. He was brilliant. We had many examples of things we simply could not have achieved without his help (semi off-market purchase, access to building and pest reports, introductions to excellent property managers) through the process of acquiring a property. Most importantly we secured an absolute bargain in Tenambit, and are now achieving >5% gross yield despite the rental market having cooled off significantly. We will probably invest again in future, and will almost definitely be coming back to Envisage when that time comes!

If you are looking for reliable and professional buyers agents, look no further. This was my first time using a buyers agent service and from the first meeting with John, it was very welcoming. I couldn't have done it by myself, and I learned a whole lot along the way. I can definitely recommend their service to others.
