Our situation was fairly complex (at least for us) with an existing investment property and visa requirements, but Sandra was able to find us the right solution and negotiate on our behalf with the bank through the whole process to make sure we got the best deal. I genuinely don't think we would have been able to achieve what we have without her team's help.We've already recommended her services to friends and family as we were that impressed.

It's hard to describe how amazing our experience with Empire Wealth broker Anthony has been without drawing comparisons to past experiences with other brokers but I just wish we had made the switch a long time ago. With the level of communication and detail we were provided at each step of the refinance and pre approval process, we understood exactly what was going on and where we were at in the timeline of things and there's no way we would have made many of the mistakes we made in the past where we were left to figure it out on our own. Previously when we've bought property, finding the house was the easy part and financing it was extremely stressful. This time round, having just received pre approval in record time, we can shop with confidence and a clear understanding of the numbers at each price point. I can't imagine how a broker service could get any better than this. You've really nailed it guys. Congratulations!

We are extremely happy with the service provided, we would not hesitate to give a 5-star review. From start to finish, the process was handled with professionalism, transparency, genuine care and empathy towards clients needs. Communication was clear and timely throughout the stages, processes were explained in a way that it is easy to understand, and we always feel confident that our (client) best interests were the top priority. The support throughout the entire journey made what could have been stressful process smooth and reassuring. Thank you very much!
