Our situation was fairly complex (at least for us) with an existing investment property and visa requirements, but Sandra was able to find us the right solution and negotiate on our behalf with the bank through the whole process to make sure we got the best deal. I genuinely don't think we would have been able to achieve what we have without her team's help.We've already recommended her services to friends and family as we were that impressed.

The communication by the lending team was outstanding, we had regular updates and everything new stage of the process. Jake and the team always made themselves available if we need some questions answered. I would highly recommend the empower wealth team for anyone interested in getting new lending or looking to refinance an existing mortgage.

Polly was very knowledgeable and practical, easy to communicate with and built trust through the meeting process. My Wife and I had a very good experience with her and we like the fact that she was someone who could give views on her own personal experience that were relevant and practical. It was also great to speak to someone that was a qualified professional with a long work history in finance that wasnt trying to sell us something. She was very respectful of our own views and experiences with investing and guided us rather than pushed.
