We bought our first home a few days ago with Elite Buyer Agents, and we couldn't be happier.We have been looking for our first family home in the competitive southeastern suburbs of Melbourne for over a year. We were extremely frustrated after wasting time chasing the wrong properties and engaged Elite Buyer Agents in September to help us.Our first call with David was an eye-opener. He worked with us and created our brief, instilling in us the belief that we could buy a house to be proud of in a desirable location and good floor plan, all within our budget. His team started the search immediately after the brief creation, and we started working closely with Jordan.Jordan, David and the team shortlisted properties for us every week. They saw through the marketing jargon and underquoted price guides. We got our weekends back since we were only inspecting shortlisted properties. Jordan viewed all the shortlisted properties and provided his objective opinions.Once we liked a property, Jordan and the team started actively targeting it. After the building inspection and the contract review, we got a thorough assessment of the property along with its realistic price range and the best strategy to buy the property. Jordan and the team went to work once we were happy.We finally bought a great property after it passed onto us at the auction. Jordan then negotiated hard for an hour and a half to buy the property at a good price.Looking back at our journey, we wish we had engaged Elite Buyer Agents sooner. Without them, we would have either purchased a substandard property or been wasting time targeting the wrong properties. We would have definitely overpaid as well.Thank you very much, Jordan, David and the team. You have been amazing. I cannot recommend you high enough and will contact you again for my next purchase.
