Tonya was referred to me by a colleague who had heard about my recent attempt to purchase a property and how disillusioned I had become about the Real Estate Industry.I am a small time player in the property market but the size of your budget doesn't influence the time and dedication that Tony puts towards finding you the right place at the right price. She manages you like you are her only client. Always there take calls and more importantly to make calls so that I didn't have to deal with the stress.I knew what I wanted and Tonya found it! It was easy for me but I know she had to go hunting and use her contacts and knowledge of the area to get the right property. It was because of her we were able to get an property that ticked all the boxes.2 months ago I almost made the decision to rent because I didn't want to have to deal with real estate agents who only care about their commission so I am so glad I was referred to Tonya.When my partner and I popped the champagne to celebrate our purchase we agreed that she has saved us time. money and stress. We had such a wonderful experience working with Tonya and feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side throughout the buying process. She was warm, supportive, knowledgeable and always made us feel completely at ease. Tonya genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and was always honest, patient and incredibly responsive. She took into account exactly what we wanted, and tailored the choice of houses just for. She is so professional and transparent, and was somehow able to figure out what we wanted and needed before we even were. Tonya managed to do this whilst making us feel incredibly supported, and never us making us feel pushed into any decisions. Her advice and guidance made the whole experience so much less stressful, and she always had our best interests at heart and her advice was always spot on. With her contacts in the industry, the process was so easy and seamless as well. We ended up getting our dream house because of Tonya and we’re so grateful for her. I wouldn't dream of buying a house in Melbourne without Tonya in my corner, and you shouldn't either, and her services are worth every penny. Tonya also has a wicked sense of humour, I will really miss working with her.

We had the pleasure of working with Pene to buy our family home. Pene had a perfect balance of professionalism and warmth in dealing with us. She listened carefully to what we needed in a home, but also encouraged us to broaden our thinking when needed. We found her messages and videos invaluable in our decision making.
