Tonya was referred to me by a colleague who had heard about my recent attempt to purchase a property and how disillusioned I had become about the Real Estate Industry.I am a small time player in the property market but the size of your budget doesn't influence the time and dedication that Tony puts towards finding you the right place at the right price. She manages you like you are her only client. Always there take calls and more importantly to make calls so that I didn't have to deal with the stress.I knew what I wanted and Tonya found it! It was easy for me but I know she had to go hunting and use her contacts and knowledge of the area to get the right property. It was because of her we were able to get an property that ticked all the boxes.2 months ago I almost made the decision to rent because I didn't want to have to deal with real estate agents who only care about their commission so I am so glad I was referred to Tonya.When my partner and I popped the champagne to celebrate our purchase we agreed that she has saved us time. money and stress. I had Pene as my advocate and she was absolutely incredible. Right from our initial brief, she completely opened my eyes to what was possible. Throughout the entire process, she took time to thoroughly educated me about the market and I never felt pressured into making a decision. I had full confidence in her expertise and she completely over delivered, landing me my dream home! Her support, professionalism and guidance went well beyond what I expected. I highly recommend Davidsons Advocates.

Absolutely FIVE STAR service!!! We just purchased a house through Davidson Property Advocates, we had the most amazing experience and agent Ros Strong and we can not speak highly enough of her and her expertise! Ros worked hard at finding us great properties that met all our requirements, first house we liked Ros was on it with all the inspections quick fast. The house went to auction and we won and we truly believe it was all because of Ros! The whole process from start to finish was seamless and made easy. We absolutely recommend DPA and esp Ros Strong!
