She manages you like you are her only client. Always there take calls and more importantly to make calls so that I didn't have to deal with the stress.I knew what I wanted and Tonya found it! We just bought a beautiful off-market property with the help of Penelope Siemering from Davidson Property Associates. We're originally from the US, so we're not familiar with the Australian property market and buying process. Fortunately, Pene was there to guide us every step of the way and get us into a property we wouldn't have even seen otherwise. Pene obviously loves her job and worked tirelessly on our behalf over our roughly four-month engagement, from filming personalised walkthroughs to providing renovation recommendations. Based on our experience, I'm pleased to enthusiastically recommend Pene to anyone buying a home, particularly in the Beaumaris area. Tonya and Claire made an overwhelming process of property searching into something quite simple. As someone new to Melbourne without a support network here, they helped me get over the line much quicker and with far more confidence than I could have achieved on my own. I worked with Claire, who struck a great balance between listening to what I wanted in a home with patience and consideration, while also steering me toward decisions that made strong financial sense. The due diligence process was thorough and their negations with the seller gave me confidence that I'd paid a fair price for my Richmond townhouse.
