Agreed with all 5-star reviews here, CPS property goes above and beyond to make sure clients are happy. I highly recommend CPS property to anyone who are looking to manage, rent or invest. UPDATE 2020 - Below After 2 years had my unit managed by Shaun/CPS, I have transferred my other investment property from other agent to be managed by Shaun. Best decision ever. I had a non-paying tenant (thanks to the mainstream agency who previously signed them up), and Shaun has helped above and beyond to get the best outcomes for me. In the end it worked out well and I'm happy with the results. Shaun is not your typical real estate agent, he has a genuine care of his clients and always at your best interests, no doubt. His integrity, professionalism and work ethics are second to none. If you are reading this review thinking of switching from your mainstream agent or looking for real estate agent, you have done well doing your research, you are in good hands with CPS Property. The best Real Estate agent ever! I had a great experience renting via CPS Property. The property manager Alistair was absolutely efficient, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them!
