Agreed with all 5-star reviews here, CPS property goes above and beyond to make sure clients are happy. I highly recommend CPS property to anyone who are looking to manage, rent or invest. UPDATE 2020 - Below After 2 years had my unit managed by Shaun/CPS, I have transferred my other investment property from other agent to be managed by Shaun. Best decision ever. I had a non-paying tenant (thanks to the mainstream agency who previously signed them up), and Shaun has helped above and beyond to get the best outcomes for me. In the end it worked out well and I'm happy with the results. Shaun is not your typical real estate agent, he has a genuine care of his clients and always at your best interests, no doubt. His integrity, professionalism and work ethics are second to none. If you are reading this review thinking of switching from your mainstream agent or looking for real estate agent, you have done well doing your research, you are in good hands with CPS Property. All 5 stars reviews here are true testimonies from satisfied clients. Highly recommend to everyone.

Thank you too Jacob for you're support with my queries and liaison with Patrick in a quick sale of my unit. I've had a good run with CPS ever since I bought this unit in 2008 so to you, Shaun & Alistair my sincere appreciation and gratitude in managing my property over the years.

I purchased and sold with Shaun, and had CPS manage that same property for over 12 years. Shaun, Jacob and Alistair, never gave me any reason to go anywhere else. These guys know their stuff, have incredible attention to detail, are professional, and just down to earth, easy to get along with and deal with type of guys. If I ever get back into the Sydney property market again, these guys will be the first ones I contact. Unlike a lot of agents, they value equally the tenant and the landlord. This is an important value of mine and one that a lot of agents seem to get wrong. Thanks again. Laura.
