If you haven’t engaged Rayson yet, you should! Rayson was outstanding with communication and incredibly efficient. No matter when we contacted him (day or night), he responded promptly and professionally. It genuinely felt like he was available around the clock, and I can assure you it wasn’t AI replying! Before we even engaged his services, we ended up calling him three times within the span of an hour. What was supposed to be a quick 15-minute chat about buyer’s advocacy and his fees turned into three separate phone calls lasting almost an hour because we had so many questions. Most people would probably get frustrated with that, especially on a Saturday evening around 5pm, but Rayson remained patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire conversation. He took the time to explain everything clearly in simple, easy-to-understand terms and never made us feel rushed. After discussing our situation (already searching for properties for weeks, organising inspections, and preparing for an upcoming auctio), Rayson honestly told us that we likely didn’t need his services at that stage. He explained that there wasn’t much left for him to assist with apart from attending the auction itself. We were genuinely shocked, but also deeply impressed by his honesty and integrity. Instead of pushing unnecessary services just to make money, he was completely transparent about what would and wouldn’t benefit us. He also gave us the option of having him attend the auction on our behalf if we didn’t feel comfortable doing it ourselves, while being upfront about the associated costs. He even mentioned that if the auction fell through, he would be more than happy to help us afterwards. In the end, we decided to attend the auction ourselves and successfully secured the property. Although we didn’t end up formally engaging his full services, we still wanted to leave this review because his honesty, professionalism, integrity, and exceptional work ethic truly stood out. Overall, Rayson is exactly the kind of buyer’s advocate you want on your side — honest, knowledgeable, patient, highly responsive, and genuinely focused on helping people rather than simply making a sale. Highly recommended!
