Chris was recommended to us by a friend after we’d spent nearly three months navigating the highly competitive Eastern Suburbs property market as first home buyers on our own. Despite our efforts- viewing up to 8 properties every weekend, trying to decipher strata reports, and constantly liaising with agents - we kept missing out, either being outbid or narrowly avoiding risky investments. Off-market opportunities were slipping through our fingers before we even had a chance to inspect them. After speaking with several buyers agents, Chris stood out immediately. His calm, attentive approach and ability to reflect our needs back to us made it clear that he had our best interests at heart. Within just 1 day of engaging Chris, he presented us with a range of properties, including an off-market gem that exceeded all our expectations. We inspected it with Chris, and within a week, we had signed the contract. The greatest benefit of working with Chris was being able to take a step back and leave him to it. After months of exhausting work, having someone take the reins was invaluable. As first-home buyers in a tough market, we couldn’t recommend Chris more. Thank you, Chris!

A huge shout out to Chris and his team. Chris is exceptionally easy to talk to and understood our brief perfectly, helping us envision exactly what the future could hold. We appreciated that he provided honest, unfiltered advice and never sugar-coated anything. We were eager to buy well before we formally engaged him, and attended many viewings on our own. We would send these on to Chris, and his straightforward opinions helped us quickly weed out the properties that didn't fit our needs. Navigating the high-stress Inner West Sydney market is tough, but Chris made it seamless. Recommended to us as a Inner West specialist, he handled the negotiation of our purchase flawlessly, conducted thorough due diligence, answered all our questions in detail, and even assisted with organizing trades. Highly recommended!!!

Chris was fantastic, understanding, open, honest and able to hear all my needs and desires. He stayed within my budget and explained why there might or might not be issues with a particular apartment. His personal knowledge of the Sydney market made him absolutely the best negotiator. Within a few days of beginning to look at possible apartments I had decided on the one I REALLY wanted and 4.5 days later he had secured it. A fantastic experience with he and Noel. Trustworthy, reliable and open to ideas and tactics. I cannot recommend him more highly.
