Chris was recommended to us by a friend after we’d spent nearly three months navigating the highly competitive Eastern Suburbs property market as first home buyers on our own. Despite our efforts- viewing up to 8 properties every weekend, trying to decipher strata reports, and constantly liaising with agents - we kept missing out, either being outbid or narrowly avoiding risky investments. Off-market opportunities were slipping through our fingers before we even had a chance to inspect them. After speaking with several buyers agents, Chris stood out immediately. His calm, attentive approach and ability to reflect our needs back to us made it clear that he had our best interests at heart. Within just 1 day of engaging Chris, he presented us with a range of properties, including an off-market gem that exceeded all our expectations. We inspected it with Chris, and within a week, we had signed the contract. The greatest benefit of working with Chris was being able to take a step back and leave him to it. After months of exhausting work, having someone take the reins was invaluable. As first-home buyers in a tough market, we couldn’t recommend Chris more. Thank you, Chris!

We we're recommended Chris and he did not disappoint. After the first meeting we felt understood and very confident Chris understood what we were after and that we'd have a result. His communication was no nonsense and really allowed us to stay with him through the search. Really thorough through all parts of the process and even through a one of a kind settlement he was there to help and assist in getting it done. While we were first nervous about using a buyers agent, Chris's Knowlege and temperament made it such a great experience for us.
