If you have just barely conquered the first step of building a lump sum of savings and are wondering, "What next?" or if you want to climb that first step of the property ladder but have absolutely no clue where to start? If you live in an area that is waaaay out of your budget, if you’re excited about the idea of "rentvesting" but don't know how to execute it, or if you’ve been burned by a bad buyers agent before and are too scared to try again... I can guarantee that Citadel’s Omar and Jadd are your answers. Every single point above applied to us. We were completely clueless about our next steps. Having just moved from New Zealand, we were far too green for the Australian property market.
