We had the absolute unicorn of needs for the property we were looking for and Tim didn’t shy away from the challenge from the very first call. The communication, clarity building and Tim’s superb knowledge of the property market and local agencies meant that we knew we were in good hands all along. His ability to meld professionalism and “neighbour-over-the-fence” vibe was a magnificent talent that made us feel confident and looked after in an unfamiliar process and uncertain market. If I was Chamberlain & Brown, I think I’d have given up on us as a client and shelved us in the ‘too hard’ basket, but Tim kept an open mind and persisted through a hectic season for us - welcoming a new baby, medical dramas and lots bouts of uncertainty … to bring us the joy of finding the very perfect, unicorn of a property that seems to have been waiting just for us! We had an exceptional experience with Tim and Luca from Chamberlain Brown and would not hesitate a second to recommend them to anyone needing support to purchase a property in Newcastle. As time poor investors, we were looking for a Buyers Agent to do the leg work for us, find properties that suited our brief but also open our eyes to other options and variables. From our initial meeting, the team were professional, approachable, down-to-earth and supportive. Their communication style suited us perfectly and they were always quick to respond. We also were grateful for the team being present right to the end doing our pre-settlement inspection, working with the selling agent on the handover process and continually checking in to see what else they could do for us.
