Where do I even begin?! I am as type A as it gets and was convinced I could secure our first home myself. We were buying on the 5% deposit scheme and had limited budget, so didn’t think a BA would be for us - but after a bad experience, we got in touch with Michael and I am SO glad we did. Michael has relationships and knowledge we could never dream of having. We were initially looking for a townhouse, but through Michael’s steadfast guidance and expertise, we figured out we could afford a house - and he has just secured us a dream home in our ideal suburb at an unreal price. Michael - we cannot thank you enough for all the time you’ve spent with us, from the countless open houses to my non stop questions. You saved us from some costly mistakes and have truly achieved an outstanding result for us. The purchase of our home is bittersweet as we won’t get to hang with you anymore! For years now I have desperately wanted to move from my villa in Sydney and fulfill a lifelong dream to live on the Central Coast, however after health issues, this task was too daunting. In December 2025 I realised, that if I was to have a life I needed to take steps to make this happen and searched for buyer’s agents up the Central Coast. I reached out to Michael and immediately felt comfortable with him and on 12 May 2026 I paid the 10% deposit on what will hopefully be my forever home. It was a pleasure working with Michael. He was professional, knowledgeable and a gentleman who explained the process to me in a simplified fashion and negotiated to secure my place. To anyone questioning whether a buyer’s agent is worth it; if you are struggling alone and it can help alleviate some of the burden in what is one of life's top stressors, then Michael is the man to go to.

I recently engaged Central Coast BA, Michael O., to secure an investment property on the NSW Central Coast. It was not an easy brief, but Michael’s deep knowledge of the region was impressive, he made it happen.
