We recently bought our family home in Leichhardt, and looking back, I can honestly say we would never have gotten here without Nick from Buyer’s Domain. Before meeting Nick, we spent 8 exhausting months searching for a home. We went everywhere — Bonnet Bay, Oyster Bay, Kings Langley, Bella Vista, Tallawong, Riverstone, Box Hill, Schofields, Rouse Hill, Willoughby, Chatswood, Artarmon, Wollstonecraft, Waverton, Rhodes, Newington, Ermington… you name it. Every weekend felt like a rollercoaster — either the properties weren’t right, or when we did find something, we’d get priced out at auction. After months of this, we were mentally drained, stressed, and honestly losing hope of ever finding “the one.” That’s when we met Nick, and everything changed. Within just a month and a half of working with Nick, we went from completely exhausted buyers to proud owners of our dream home in Leichhardt. We engaged Buyers Domain to purchase an inner west unit and had an excellent experience. We initially planned to buy in the eastern suburbs, but after thoughtful discussions backed by data and market insight, Nick guided us towards the inner west — a decision we’re incredibly happy with. He took the time to develop a detailed brief around our negotiables and non-negotiables and never lost sight of it. In a fast-moving market, having someone with boots on the ground was invaluable. Nick coordinated inspections, connected us with a solicitor and arranged a building inspector at short notice so we could complete proper due diligence before making an offer.
