After navigating the property market for some time, my partner suggested we enlist the help of a buyer’s agent to assist with securing a property in Sydney’s competitive market. Admittedly I was quite apprehensive about the entire process and under the assumption that we could do everything they were and it was merely an excessive expense. We were searching for a new home in the inner west for our growing family with a criteria most others were after as well – lots of parks, good schools and family friendly neighbourhood.From the first meeting with Kim I immediately felt like our prayers could finally be answered and it was true. She was a godsend. Kim was patient, attentive and explained the entire process to us with the utmost of detail and transparency. She spent time finding out what both my partner and I separately liked about each house and provided short lists that fit our criteria. It took the stress and emotion out of purchasing a home. We could always rely on Kim for her honest advice about each property and appreciated her expertise about capital growth and never pressured us to make a hasty decision. Her due diligence and follow up with all stakeholders was exemplary where we would leave it in her very capable hands and wait for her message at any hour of the night to keep us informed.When it finally came to ‘the one’ it took a 5 minute walk through for me to go through it, say ‘yep this is the one let’s get Kim on it’ and then one week later after protracted negotiations, Kim was able to secure the property for us. Her expertise and service continued well after this date and whilst we’re happy to have secured a property we are sad to not be in daily conversation with her. Kim’s dedication and professionalism is second to none. She is a fantastic buyers agent and we have no hesitation in recommending her services for anyone wanting to secure a property. Her fee is definitely seen as an investment rather than expense given her knowledge and skills and we are looking forward to all the new memories to be made in our new home.Positive Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
