2022 REVIEWThis is the second time in recent years that we have used the BuyEast team to purchase a home. Incredible experience. Very grateful for the expertise and guidance of Will Hotson and the team. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend BuyEast!JUNE 2020 REVIEWWe are absolutely thrilled with our Buy East journey with Will Hotson. Wish we had called sooner!We searched for many years to find the right house in a competitive Eastern suburbs market. We had been to so many open homes and auctions, reviewed countless contracts, scoped various properties with builders and been incredibly close so many times…. but we never managed to secure our own home!With a new baby on the way and it being an absolute necessity to move from our current home, we were getting a bit desperate. We gave Will a near impossible task - a 3 bedroom light filled house with a garden, north aspect at rear, on a quiet street, on a budget, easy parking, closer to the beach, close enough to the action but far enough from the action to be peaceful, close to a dog and kid friendly park, potential for future growth, close to the best public primary schools in the east… the list of demands goes on! Not to mention the biggest demand - we would need to renovate and get moved in comfortably before baby arrives!We didn’t really think it was possible but he did it - and in just 4 weeks!There are some big differences that make the Buy East team so unique.1. They know all the ins and outs of the East - insider knowledge of the streets, what is and isn’t likely possible for a renovation, how to add value, what sold/when/how much/issues, even right down to if there were known troublesome neighbours or future developments on the street.2. They provide great value at every step of the process and considered things we would never have thought of. Will's advice and ideas on renovations were incredibly valuable and made all the difference.3. The assistance wasn’t limited to just finding the property - everything was covered…. Recommendations of lawyers for contacts, mortgage brokers, renovation companies and more.4. The assistance throughout the settlement period has been beyond helpful.5. Most importantly though, they are connected in al the right ways. We purchased a property that, despite previously being on every mailing list on the eastern suburbs, we would never otherwise have seen. Will’s relationships ensured we saw this off market property as soon as it was for sale. And once we knew we wanted it, Will moved at the speed of light to help us secure our property.We are very impressed with Will - he is a "real human being" who understands budget, the needs but also wants of a home, realities of family life etc. He is prompt, well informed, on the ball and an absolute delight to work with.Couldn’t speak more highly of Will, Mark and the Buy East team. We were a tough client to please - we wanted it all - we got that and then some.Thank you from our little family! We look forward to working with you again when we outgrow our latest purchase and need to find our next dream home in years to come.Positive Professionalism

When I first met Mark and Will I knew instantly they were the buyers agent to choose. Both of them were authentic and just all round great humans and I could tell straight away that they really cared about their clients. In their approach they worked backwards from my needs and then offered their expert advice and knowledge, on how they would support me with my search. They also provided a level of service and experience every step of the way that was bar raising! That, coupled with their network and strength of relationships with pretty much every real estate agent we met, gave me confidence from day one, I had the best of the best finding me my dream home! And that's exactly what they did! I can't thank them enough for making such a big life choice so seamless, pleasant and fun! 🙏🏻

Mark and his team at Buy East were incredible. It's hard to explain the level and quality of their service in a review. They were friendly, responsive, professional, strategic and knowledgeable. They had a great relationship with the real estate agents, but we always felt that they were 100% in our corner. They found, negotiated and bought our dream home for us. We couldn't be happier.
