From the moment I met Anthony and Brady I felt safe and secure as our professional partners in the hunt for our forever home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Brady and Anthony at Brady Marcs. Their knowledge of the Upper North Shore is exactly what I needed as someone navigating a first solo purchase with zero clue what I was doing. They guided me through every unknown — areas, contracts, negotiation, timing — with genuine care and always in my best interest. It's a bit wild how fast it all came together: one property, one offer, and I was under contract within a week. That would not have happened without them. I've felt like I got VIP treatment the whole way through, and they're still right there with me now, supporting me through everything leading up to settlement and beyond. So worth the money, purely for the peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Tash was fantastic throughout the home-buying process.
