We had a really positive experience working with Guy from Blue Sky Buyer’s Agents as first home buyers, especially trying to navigate the market the current market. From the beginning, he understood our price range and worked within it, never pushing us to go beyond what we were comfortable with. He was upfront, honest, and took the time to explain the process clearly, which made a big difference for us being new to it all. We also really appreciated how patient and flexible he was with us. We changed the goal posts a couple of times as we figured out what we actually wanted, and he never made it an issue just adapted and kept helping us move forward. Guy was great at finding properties that suited our budget while still ticking the boxes we cared about, and he helped us avoid wasting time on places that weren’t right. His communication was always quick and easy, and we felt supported the whole way through. Overall, we felt like he genuinely cared about getting us into the right first home, not just any property. We’d definitely recommend Guy to other home buyers.
