My wife and I had Ben and Patrice help us look for our first home for us to move into with our little one. In the beginning we had questioned whether we should get a buyer's agent or try to go at it ourselves. Not only are we happy that we decided to get a buyer's agent, we could not be happier that we decided to go with Ben and Patrice. We did chat with two other buyer's agents (who were cheaper) but they felt very corporate, whereas when we talked to Ben we felt like he was truly focused on what we wanted and could actually cater to us rather than just push us a standard selection from a conglomerate template. We prefer to buy once and cry once so we went with BFP Property Group and I think it's the best decision we made. Patrice came with us to every inspection and even went to an additional inspection for us for the property we ended up buying as we couldn't make it ourselves. They were always honest about what they thought of the property and we never once felt like they were talking up a property just so they could close a job and cash in. Being completely new to buying property, we felt a level of trust in their ability, professionalism and guidance throughout what could have been a painful, soul-draining process. They would always take the time to explain things to us and being new to this, we had a lot of questions. We picked up the keys to our new home today and we couldn't be happier. They are knowledgeable, professional yet personable and efficient. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and should we ever find ourselves in a position to buy another property they will be the first people we would contact.

An excellent complete and transparent service! From plan, purchase, and management, Ben and the BFP Team have been fantastic. In the space of a couple of months we’ve gone from a rough idea to a leased property with a quality tenant, and with a plan to keep going. Ben helped us develop a plan to grow our portfolio and then the whole BFP Team has sourcing properties and providing very valuable advice as we made our purchasing decision. We’re also now entrusting the team with managing the property and they have been great! I highly recommend BFP. They are a pleasure to deal with, provide professional guidance and insights and offer excellent value. Edit: The BFP Team have now helped us with our second property and again the whole process has been great!

Had an excellent experience with BFP Property as a first-time purchaser. The team were incredibly supportive from the very beginning and took the time to guide me through every step of the process. Damian and Ben’s proactiveness, due diligence, and insightful advice ensured the transition from purchase to settlement was completely seamless. This experience truly wouldn’t have been possible without their expertise and support, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
