If you’re looking for a buyer’s agent, look no further. I was a buyer’s-agent sceptic at first, I genuinely thought I could manage the entire search myself. Coming from the commercial real estate industry, I assumed my skills would translate easily into the residential market. As a first-home buyer with a modest deposit, I also wasn’t thrilled about paying a fee. Boy, was I wrong. I have zero regrets engaging Azure Buyers Agents. Matt, Mitch, Vanessa and the team demonstrated a deep understanding of the Melbourne market, identifying pockets of value backed by strong, data-driven analysis. Matt and Mitch were constantly on the ground inspecting properties and always came back with detailed, honest feedback after each inspection. As a first-home buyer, I bombarded them with questions and definitely acted emotionally at times, but they always responded quickly, patiently and with well-thought-out guidance. I also had a tight timeline for my purchase, and they worked at an exceptional pace never rushing me, always thorough until I was completely confident with the property I chose. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Azure Buyers Agents and would recommend them to anyone.

I've worked with multiple buyers agents in the past, and this was my third time purchasing through one. Working with Azure Buyers Agency and Matt has been by far the most attentive and diligent experience I've had. From day one, Matt was in contact with me almost daily. He truly listened, understood my tight parameters around time and location, and never once dropped the ball. His persistence and local knowledge ultimately led to uncovering a hidden off market gem that I wouldn’t have found otherwise. Thanks to Matt, my family now has a clear path to living in our dream location in the near future. In today’s market, using a buyer’s agent is almost essential, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Azure to anyone wanting genuine care, expertise, and results

I was previously talking to Mitchell when I was looking at selling my property in Cape Sound, prior to him moving to Azure Buyers Agents. As i already had a good rapport with Mitchell, I contacted him and decided to go with Azure Buyers Agents to assist me. They organized a meeting to understand my requirements for my new home. From there they just ran with it. They sent out a portfolio to Agents in Melbourne with my wish list. They inspected houses prior to recommending them to me. Only recommending those they believed worthwhile. This was a huge relief for me not to mention time saver. Within 2 weeks of selling my house I found my new home. The Team at Azure organized the Building, Pest Inspection. Mitchell was able to secure the property for me at action at a price lower than i expected. They also followed up with me a few days after to ensure i was happy. My new neighbors even commented on Mitchells bidding expertise and they were impressed. This was my first experience using a Buyers Agent and I would defiantly recommend them to anyone who was buying a new property.
