If you’re looking for a buyer’s agent, look no further. I was a buyer’s-agent sceptic at first, I genuinely thought I could manage the entire search myself. Coming from the commercial real estate industry, I assumed my skills would translate easily into the residential market. As a first-home buyer with a modest deposit, I also wasn’t thrilled about paying a fee. Boy, was I wrong. I have zero regrets engaging Azure Buyers Agents. Matt, Mitch, Vanessa and the team demonstrated a deep understanding of the Melbourne market, identifying pockets of value backed by strong, data-driven analysis. Matt and Mitch were constantly on the ground inspecting properties and always came back with detailed, honest feedback after each inspection. As a first-home buyer, I bombarded them with questions and definitely acted emotionally at times, but they always responded quickly, patiently and with well-thought-out guidance. I also had a tight timeline for my purchase, and they worked at an exceptional pace never rushing me, always thorough until I was completely confident with the property I chose. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Azure Buyers Agents and would recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to Matt when my husband and I were discussing buying an investment property. We really didn't know where to start and what we needed to make this move. Matt went above and beyond for us. Booking in a time to consult, and explaining everything in simple language. I didn't feel stupid asking some really obvious questions and he was very generous with his time and advice. We walked away knowing our next steps to take. I never felt pushed or sold to by Matt and I know exactly who I will go to when we are ready. Matt genuinely cares. I know we're is safe hands with Azure Buyers Agents.

We had an exceptional experience with Azure Buyers Agents in Melbourne. Matt and the team helped us secure an off-market investment property in a high-growth area that ticked every box — and even exceeded our expectations. Their extensive experience and strong industry connections gave us access to the property before it hit the market, allowing us to negotiate directly with the owners as the only purchasers. Thanks to this, we were able to purchase the property at a significantly better price than we would have in an open market. What made the experience even more remarkable was that we were overseas at the time, in the middle of planning and holding our wedding — a stressful and busy period with time zone challenges. Despite all of this, the Azure team was patient, understanding, incredibly accommodating, and truly professional. They never pushed or pressured us, and they made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It was an absolute pleasure working with Matt and the rest of the team at Azure. We will definitely be using their services again — this time to find our own home. Very highly recommended!
