We already owned investment properties before working with Atlas, so we had a good understanding of the process and what to expect. Even so, Atlas exceeded our expectations. We had our 6 month review catch up with Jorjah last week and couldn't be happier with how the property has performed. The equity growth has been well above what we were expecting and well ahead of the broader market too. The property has already seen around 20% growth, which has been amazing to see. One thing we've really appreciated is how upfront and transparent the team have been, right down to the finest details. It's reassuring knowing you're working with a team that genuinely has your best interests at heart. The team do a fantastic job not only during the purchase process but also well beyond settlement. With the solid equity growth we've already seen, we're already looking at doing another purchase in the near future. Would highly recommend!

We first heard about Atlas after our family successfully purchased a property with them and saw some great results. We’ve now settled on our first investment property and are really excited to officially become landlords. The whole process has been a huge learning experience for us. We quickly realised that every property purchase has a lot of moving parts and nuances, but the team did a great job guiding us through everything and making sure we understood each step along the way. We’re really excited to continue scaling our portfolio with the team and look forward to what’s ahead. Would highly recommend!
