If you've found a property that you have your heart set on and you want to set yourself up with the very best chance to secure it - YOU MUST ENGAGE AMY LUNARDI and her team!We found a property that ticked all our boxes, BUT... we only had 11 days until auction day, it was the first property we'd looked at, and we had no finance in place. We knew if we were to affirm we'd found the right property, as well as stand any chance of a successful auction, we needed help.From our first phone call Amy was engaged, supportive, professional, deeply experienced, pragmatic, and confident. We felt from the get-go that Amy was 100% invested in guiding us through the process, with a view to achieving a successful outcome.With only days till the auction and so much to work through, Amy took charge and gave us all the information, guidance and tools we needed to validate the property so we felt confident to proceed (or not). Simultaneously Amy and her team Monique and Steph set about assessing the property. Their combined diligence was so thorough that they actually uncovered issues the Selling Agent and Vendor were not aware of.In our incredibly short window of time, we also needed to arrange finance. Amy referred us to Kath Persoglia who was able to complete a fully assessed loan in four days! But that's another Google Review!!Two days before the auction, it was time to set a plan. Once again Amy and Monique guided us confidently along a well-established process. The benefits of having a plan BEFORE the auction became very obvious on auction day - I can not overstate this point - YOU MUST HAVE A PLAN.Come auction day we were all set - we had both a plan and fully assessed finance in place - we'd done absolutely everything necessary to confidently bid on our dream property.If you've never attended an auction (like us)... you'll discover it is the most intense 10 to 20 minutes of your life!! Thank goodness for Amy - her precision, confidence, decisiveness, and experience were incredible to watch. She rolled out our plan and to our absolute elation, she successfully secured our new home.We will be singing Amy, Monique and Steph's praises wherever we can. I enlisted Amy and her team to help me find a property interstate. Amy was fantastic to deal with and was able to help find an amazing home for me and get a reasonable price. She and her team have an amazing process and are very diligent in their research. Additionally, she and her team are able to provide many valuable services and contacts for the first home buyer to make the entire buying process less stressful. Absolutely would recommend Amy and her team to anyone and will definitely be calling her up in the future when it comes time for another property!

Having Amy and her team in our camp was immensely helpful and reassuring. Amy was always available for questions, very knowledgeable about the market and helped us purchase our first home in an amazing location with room to grow.
