We’re honestly still pinching ourselves — we can’t believe we’ve secured our dream home! I had heard about Amanda before we commenced our house hunt. After months of searching on our own, we finally reached out to Amanda and her team. It was the best decision we could have made. She secured our dream home on the North Shore that checked all of our boxes. The level of service, market insight, and dedication we received was exceptional. Amanda helped us buy our first property in the Northern Beaches in late 2021. Her no-nonsense and detail-oriented approach to figuring out what we really wanted (we didn’t know even though we thought we did), shortlisting properties, dealing with seller’s agents/vendors, selecting a property, and closing the deal the day before auction in a red-hot property market made for as stress-free experience as anyone could hope for. From signing a contract with Amanda to closure of the deal was less than 2 weeks. We’ll be going with Amanda for our future property needs!
