Sam, Georgia and Alex were fantastic to work with from the beginning. They took the time to properly understand what we were looking for and were always honest and realistic with us about what was and wasn’t achievable. They came to inspections with us and talked through the pros and cons of each property, including what kind of offer would be suitable for each place we inspected. They were always open to discussing the longer-term outlook and whether moving forward genuinely made sense. When we found the property we loved, everything moved quickly but not for a second did it feel rushed. All strata reports and documentation were carefully reviewed and it really felt like all hands on deck. They organised private inspections, asked the right questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly so we could make informed decisions. The team crafted a strong, well-judged offer that worked for both us and the seller, and it was accepted straight away. From start to finish, this was exactly the level of service we needed as first-home buyers. We felt completely supported throughout the entire process and couldn’t recommend Advantage Buyers Agents highly enough.

10/10 experience using ABA. Sam, Alex & Georgia were great to deal with. Their professionalism, efficiency and proactiveness in finding an investment property in the Eastern Suburbs was nothing short of fantastic, I can't recommend them enough! Their knowledge of the market, of optimum locations to buy, property vetting and negotiation skills, and the contacts they have in the industry makes the buyer fee completely worth it.

Working with Georgia, Alex and Sam at Advantage Buyers Agents was such a great experience, especially as a first home buyer. They really took the time to understand what I was looking for not just in terms of features, but the overall lifestyle and feel. They were super easy to deal with always clear, responsive, and patient. I never felt like any question was too small, and I felt supported the whole way through.
