We had been house hunting since August last year and we were struggling to find the right fit that was in our budget. After missing out on a dream house late last year, and starting a new job I was at breaking point having to look at countless property’s and do due diligence only to miss out. We had been thinking about a buyers agent for awhile, and was referred to Abode from another BA (who worked in a different area).Matt called us right after we sent off an enquiry on their website and booked us in for an in person catch up early the following week, even coming in bright and early on a Monday morning to meet us prior to our work schedules.We walked out of that meeting and knew straight away Abode was the perfect fit for us.Matt was professional, calm and provided us with great clarity without being pushy.Once signing on we received great communication throughout and felt like they truely wanted to understand what we wanted and it was never an issues or annoyance if something wasn’t the right fit.Once Dion returned from his break, we worked very closely with him attending countless opens, it felt like he truly wanted to get an understanding of what we wanted. It was great to have virtual inspections sent to us when we couldn’t attend, Dion would give us his honest thoughts as to if it was worth pursuing or not and helped give us the guidance we needed. It felt like nothing was ever a hassle for Dion, and we felt like we were catching up with a trusted friend. We are so grateful he found us an off market property to inspect which aligned with many criteria and a great location. He acted very quickly with the turn around time which meant we were able to secure the property at a great price.We are so grateful to Dion and the Abode team for helping us throughout the whole process. I think we will miss seeing Dion on the weekends (especially Jayden!) but so grateful not to be house hunting anymore.If you’re on the fence about engaging with Abode, I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I just settled on my first investment property, and I can't fault Matt & Jess at Abode Advocacy Group. As a very nervous interstate buyer looking to buy my first investment property in Melbourne, I was looking for an experienced and easy to deal with advocate who could explain the whole process in detail, take me on the journey, make me comfortable with the decisions being made, answer all my newbie questions with patience and deliver on what I was after. Matt & Tess didn't disappoint. If you are after a buyers advocate for a property in Victoria, then I would highly recommend meeting with the team at Abode Advocacy Group.

Matt and Tess were fantastic to work with. Their professionalism, knowledge of the market and sales process, and their emphasis on achieving the best outcome for their clients is evident throughout and it is because of this that we were able to achieve an incredible outcome for our mutual clients.
