Thanks Matt and Tracy Leske for such an amazing process , completely remote for us as buyers too! The team covered more than any other agent we met with - financial modelling, building & pest inspection expertise, growth rate and yield forecasting, local area knowledge, construction due diligence, conveyancing support etc. On the ground, Tracy was exceptional attending every possible inspection and driving us to make the required decisions on time.
