Sam was instrumental in helping us find our new house. He identified many options for us to review and inspect. Sam's insights during inspections were valuable as it enabled us to identify potential structural issues as well as understanding whether future expansion would be possible. Sam's guidance was also very beneficial through the period spanning contract sign off and settlement. He set out each of the key milestones and gave us confidence that we'd reach settlement without issue.
