David and Ben were amazing from start to finish. From my very first conversation with David, I knew I would be fully supported throughout the entire process. They both took the time to ensure I understood every step and genuinely guided me through the whole journey. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced within the property market. Their insight and understanding of the market gave me a lot of confidence throughout the buying process. Having a somewhat unique situation, they went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and felt supported at every stage. I’m beyond grateful and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better buyers agency. I would absolutely use Timar Buyers Agency again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for genuine support and guidance when purchasing a property. Thank you both so much.

We were so fortunate to engage the services of Timar Buyers Agency, particularly of David. We were living in NSW at the time and we needed an agent familiar with the area we were wanting to purchase in. David made the whole process extremely easy and saved us lots of time and money to find us our dream house in Shearwater. He has a dedicated team behind him that acts quickly to perform the concise research, which allowed us to make an informed decision promptly. David kept us advised during the whole process, and made time to video call us whilst we were overseas. David has the contacts with agents and legal representatives, which ticks all the boxes for purchasing. We would highly recommend David and Timar Buyers Agency

Timar Buyers Agency is top notch. David & Ben worked with us to find the perfect investment to add to our portfolio. Their communication and appetite for detail was impressive and the wealth of knowledge they possessed was evident within the first catch up. David and Ben are patient and generous with their time. Both are genuinely great blokes. We found the perfect property with Timar and we had a lot of fun along the way. Will be using them again and highly recommend this agency.
