David Zerna & the TIMAR Buyers agency helped us get into the market and found us an incredible property. We engaged David in late February 2025, the property settled on 29/5/25 and it was tenanted on 1/6/25! Exceptional service and terrific value. We asked for a LOT in a short time at a VERY competitive price point. David and his team hustled hard and found a property that ticked all the boxes. It wasn’t just a great outcome, but we received invaluable education and support throughout the process. David was incredibly responsive and transparent to all our queries. Not only did we have David’s support throughout the process, but he connected us with a top notch property management team prior to settlement.
