David and Ben were amazing from start to finish. From my very first conversation with David, I knew I would be fully supported throughout the entire process. They both took the time to ensure I understood every step and genuinely guided me through the whole journey. They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced within the property market. Their insight and understanding of the market gave me a lot of confidence throughout the buying process. Having a somewhat unique situation, they went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after and felt supported at every stage. I’m beyond grateful and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better buyers agency. We’ve used Timar Buyers Agency twice - once for an investment property that’s already seen strong growth, and again to secure our dream block of land. Their local knowledge, due diligence and expertise were invaluable, and without them, we likely would have overpaid on the investment property and missed out entirely on the block of land. If we're in a position to purchase again in Tasmania, we will engage their services. Highly recommend!

Timar Buyers Agency is top notch. David & Ben worked with us to find the perfect investment to add to our portfolio. Their communication and appetite for detail was impressive and the wealth of knowledge they possessed was evident within the first catch up. David and Ben are patient and generous with their time. Both are genuinely great blokes. We found the perfect property with Timar and we had a lot of fun along the way. Will be using them again and highly recommend this agency.
