We highly recommend The Property Baron team to help you with your next purchase. We are not Sunshine Coast locals and felt we could benefit from a local professional to help us navigate the competitive real estate market.From our initial phone conversation, it was clear Jason and his team had intricate knowledge of the market and would help us achieve what we were looking for. At short notice, The Property Baron team organised for us to view a large number of opportunities, both on and off market, all of which fit our specific requirements.Interestingly the property that won our hearts in person had been overlooked by us online and we quickly realized that online real estate listings can be quite unreliable. There is no substitute for on the ground knowledge and experience. Without the Property Baron’s knowledge of the area and property we would never have considered it.The property was listed for auction which would have turned us off as buyers, had we have not been under the care and guidance of Jason and his team. Jason leveraged his relationship with the listing agent and we were able to make an offer that was accepted and prevented the property going to auction.Within 14 days of engagement with The Property Baron team, we had completed building and pest inspections, engaged a conveyancer and exchanged contracts on our new home. The Property Baron team organised everything. The purchase process ran seamlessly and was not only stress free but enjoyable. Importantly, Jason secured the property at a price we believe was well under the market value.We are thrilled with our beautiful new home and cannot wait to call the Sunshine Coast home.Buying a property is a big purchase, with the opportunity for big savings, you just need the right people in your corner. We strongly recommend The Property Baron team to anyone who wants to have the advantage in purchasing property on the Sunshine Coast.
