The real estate market we were in was tough, and I honestly don’t think we would have secured a property without Jayne’s help. Without her, we’d probably still be refreshing realestate.com.au, getting frustrated by the same lackluster listings (or lack of new listings altogether!) or watching the good ones sell for prices well beyond our budget, edging closer to being priced out. From our very first phone call, Jayne was informative, transparent about her process, and incredibly reassuring. We left that initial conversation feeling hopeful for the first time in a long while. It had already been a long journey for us; our budget had shifted, and we were still navigating a competitive and fast-moving market. Jayne stayed in regular contact, checking in every week, even when there was nothing new to report. That consistency really helped us feel supported and confident throughout. She ultimately found us an off-market property that we inspected and were keen to pursue. We feel very lucky to have found Jayne. She secured us an amazing family home that greatly exceeded our expectations, something we didn’t think would be possible in this crazy market. Jayne is genuine, professional and very easy to deal with. She is both generous with her time and the sharing of her market knowledge. We really enjoyed our time with Jayne. She worked hard to find us a home that meets our current and future needs and feel really grateful to her for securing us a home we never would have been able to buy without her good property intuition and negotiation strategies.

I was so happy to find Jayne from The Informed Buyer for our house purchase in Brisbane. She helped my family secure a home in a very tight market, in a neighborhood we love. What truly sets Jayne apart (and I interviewed many agents!) was her data-driven approach to purchasing, combined with her down-to-earth, genuine nature. The real estate industry can feel inauthentic, so it was a relief to find Jayne—someone who is all the things you need: extremely knowledgeable, organised, and an excellent communicator, yet a real human whom we genuinely felt connected to. We were amazed at the level of research and dedication she poured into our offers and appreciated her ability to instinctively know the 'good pockets' of neighborhoods.
