Having to deal directly with real estate agents when selling a house usually makes you feel like you’ve somehow just been violated – you walk away questioning whether they were even trying, and left wondering exactly what just happened. This time, we used Ric and the team from The Home Buyer Helper as our Seller’s Advocate, and it completely changed the experience. Ric did all the dirty work: interviewing agents (so we didn’t have to pretend to be impressed by their “strategy”), comparing their commission packages, attending the open house and pre-settlement inspections, and handling all the negotiations. But he didn’t just handle them — he finessed them! 😏 He presented everything clearly and objectively, breaking down the pros and cons of each option. His communication was excellent, his advice was honest, and the whole process felt cleaner, calmer, and far more controlled than any sale I’ve been involved in before. Instead of dealing directly with agents, we had someone genuinely in our corner making sure we got the best outcome. Huge thanks to Ric — you somehow made selling our house feel… not gross. If you want someone on your side who’ll do the leg-work, keep the agents honest, and keep your dignity intact, give The Home Buyer Helper a call. Best decision we made.

Ric is the best buyer’s agent we could have asked for. Ric helped my partner and I buy our first home. From the moment we engaged with him, we could tell he was genuine and had our best interest at heart. He was patient, listened to all our questions and concerns about every property that was inspected. Once we were under offer, he guided us through the whole process through to settlement date. We were very nervous being first home buyers, but he helped alleviate all the stress. Thank you Ric for your endless amount of help, support and advice (and good banter).
