My husband and I decided to move to Queensland 4 months ago.We had a chat with a few buyer agents and after meeting with Craig, immediately chose him.Firstly, because Craig was very attentive to details, he tried to understand what property would be the best for us. And secondly, because unlike other agents, he was very confident that we will find what we are looking for (other agents that we talked to always tried to convince us that we have to make sacrifices and compromises instead of really trying to help us).The process of searching the house was very pleasant and exciting. Every week Craig sent us videos and photos of different houses, asked which houses we like and which - not so much. If we liked the house and wanted to make an offer - Craig provided us with property reports and gave approximate evaluation so we could make the right decision.Craig not only managed to win for us a house on the auction (the house that we reeeeally liked a lot), but even for a slightly lower price that we initially offered to the property owner (we made an offer prior to the auction).We moved to Australia 2 years ago and buying a first property was very intimidating, but Craig made the whole process very transparent and simple for us (starting from signing a contract with Craig and ending with signing a contract with the owner).Craig always told us that we are buying a house to live in, not just investment, and he was determined to find the best fit for us.Also Craig provided us with an enormous amount of helpful information, helped to find trusted mortgage broker and lawyer, offered to help in case we need to make any renovation prior to moving in, etc.P.S. From the very beginning, The Edge Property Buyers were outstanding — professional, supportive, and always ahead of the game. Working with Stephen and craig was an amazing experience. They really took the time to understand what I was after, guided me through every step, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their market knowledge and negotiation skills were top-notch, and I couldn’t be happier with the property we found. I’d highly recommend lads to anyone looking to buy with confidence.
