After building our own home and seeing what was required first hand, the service Dane, Dan, Jane and the Strike team offer is second to none. The processes they have in place provides the client peace of mind and an astounding finished product with ongoing support.From day 1 we felt a familiarity with the team which gave us confidence to explore and discuss options that suited us resulting in a highly personalised and achievable strategy, we never once felt pressured into a decision we weren’t comfortable with or unsure about.Speaking to the acquisition process, all the information presented was highly detailed and accurate to the plan we had formed, which shows that we weren’t just another number. Dane provided a clear picture of how to get where we want to be, worked with us to develop a way forward and gave us the time to make the big decisions we had to make.Then Jane steps in, what a weapon!!, knowing personally how the build process goes, Jane is the ultimate build manager, regular updates on build process, liaising with the builder so we didn’t have to, and again accurate and detailed flow of information on all aspects all the way through to handover and tenanting.If you are looking for a hassle-free, hands-off solution to property investing, we highly recommend Strike.

Dan and the team at Strike Property have provided the expert advice and ongoing support my partner and I needed to purchase our first investment property. Right from the initial strategy meeting, to advice on selecting an investment property, to ongoing management of the build through to securing the right tenants they have worked tirelessly on our behalf. I would highly recommend them to any other ADF members considering purchasing a property.

The team at Strike gave us exceptional guidance and support throughout the process of building our first investment property. The Planning phase with the financial guidance saved us alot of money. As first-time property investors, we really appreciated the time strike took to walk us through each step, answer our questions, and make the whole experience feel straightforward and manageable. Strikes professionalism and knowledge gave us a lot of confidence in our decisions to work with strike. If you want a set and forget build, you cant go past Strike Property.
