I used Strike Property to secure my home build and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team made the process smooth and straightforward, always presenting clear options and helping me choose what best suited my goals. They were friendly, transparent, and genuinely focused on getting the best outcome for me. As someone who isn’t always home due to work, I really appreciated having a team I could trust to represent my interests. I’d happily work with them again and highly recommend them. Especially for government employees, FIFO workers or travel nurses/doctors looking for a reliable property partner who will handle just about all of it for you.

I genuinely couldn't recommend Strike Property enough. After having a below average experience with another property group, I was hesitant to re-engage with another. From the get go, Dan and the Strike Team displayed a high level of responsiveness, enthusiasm to explore options and most importantly, educate. Working full-time, supporting my pregnant partner and maintaining my own health left me little to no time to do the necessary research and due diligence required to invest in property. Strike Property did everything and more from location research, engagement with the required stake holders (solicitors, real estate and tax accountants etc.) and assisted in the initial operation once I had tenants in. They did this all the while being appropriately supportive and clear and concise with their communication. I will be going back to Strike Property once we are in a position to invest further. To Dan and the team at Strike Property, we thank you for your incredible work throughout the entire process.
