Streamline Property Buyers - Reviews

Streamline Property Buyers made our investment property purchase a million times easier than doing it alone. My partner and I were purchasing our first property together, we both own one investment property each already, and we both had done our own research and inspections for these properties. I love the Brisbane Property Podcast which Scott and Melinda Jennison from Streamline Property host, and had used a lot of the tips they recommended when I purchased my first property. For this purchase my partner and I decided to use streamline to save time and get the best outcome, as we realised our own research could only get us so far and to take our portfolio to the next level we wanted to use experts in the field. They had a couple of meetings with us to establish our brief, this included our budget and what was achievable within this budget. They connected us to accountants and mortgage broker as we were unhappy with our current accountant/brokers and we found they all linked up together very well. When searching for properties that fit our brief, we were informed daily of properties they were ruling out and why. Properties that were found that suited our brief were investigated in great depth to reveal any red flags and a price guide was given to us. They helped us make the offer and negotiate and explained every step of the process, this included urgent communications with the seller on a weekend. We were very confident that we were purchasing a property with the best potential for capital growth based on our budget. They put our mind at ease because of how extensive their research was and how open their communication was. They used an app to communicate with us that was easy to use. Their fee was very reasonable for the excellent service we received. I can’t imagine a better buyers agent exists. I don’t have a crystal ball but I am certain that our purchase is as safe a bet as we can get for what we were wanting to achieve. Additionally my partner and I are better educated for our next purchase (we will use them again for sure). I would recommend Streamline Property to anyone making a property purchase in the Brisbane area.

We don't take for granted the challenge of securing a property in the current market, and the skills, knowledge, and service provided by Streamline Property Buyers was just excellent. From providing podcasts to learn about the market, reviewing our investment profile, and establishing a property brief, no element of the journey was overlooked. With frequent communication and the ability to discuss potential properties with their staff, it provided us with a lot of confidence that we were taking the right steps. We are very excited by the property we were able to secure, and very thankful to Streamline for their support and guidance.

Sally, Melinda, Stacey, and the whole Streamline team were so helpful with our property buying journey. We felt like we had a trusted advisor by our side the whole time. They were knowledgable about the neighbourhoods we were looking at, and put a lot of effort into understanding exactly what we were looking for so they could advise us along the way. We were operating on a tight timeline, but SPB delivered on auction day. We couldn't be happier with our home. We will be back for property #2!
