Investing in the team at Shepherd & Co turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! We knew relocating from the Sunshine Coast to Tassie would require knowledge, time, and connections we simply didn’t have. My husband and I were committed to the move, but honestly, we didn’t know where to start. After already spending $$$ on viewing properties on our own which cost us in flights, accommodation & car hire, we kept hitting dead ends. We’d never used a buyer’s agent before, but it turned out to be the best investment ever. From our very first chats with Jasmin and Kafka, we felt in safe hands. The property we ended up buying was one Kafka secured for us, well below asking price. She knew the area inside out and was aware that the property had been sitting on the market for some time, insight we never would have had on our own. With her guidance (and Jasmin’s support), we purchased our dream heritage home. She’s old and needs some love, but has charm in spades, and the village lifestyle we’ve stepped into is everything we hoped for. From our very first call to the moment our offer was accepted took only around seven weeks, something we could never have achieved on our own in such a competitive market, no matter where we were in Australia. If you’re hesitant, our advice would be: don’t be. The service was worth every cent.
