We had never considered employing a buyers agent, firmly believing this was a service for the high rollers only. But not long in to our property search we found that our busy lifestyles, the demands of parenting, careers, and our caring role meant the property search was proving frustrating, fruitless, and exhausting. Further, because we had never lived in Perth we were out of the loop on where it might be nice to even think about living, given our budget, the crazy market, and our families needs. The Resolve Team had our back from the moment we got in touch. Not only did Peter meet with us for the first time while he was on holiday but he and Chelsea and Allison put up with my random out there ideas and scattered thoughts around locations, property type etc. They supported us in tunnelling in on exactly what it is we wanted from our purchase, helping us to balance current and future family needs and financial security. They attended opens with us, figured out how important the light in a property was to me, and found options for us to contemplate. Once we all agreed we'd found the right property they dealt with everything. Negotiations, calls from agents, due diligence on the area/the property/any potential issues in the house. They advised us when to bend and when to stand firm and took so much of the stress out of the process for us. Once Peter had successfully secured the property for us Vicky stepped in and handled all the details like building inspections, ensuring faults were fixed prior to settlement, collecting keys, and walking with us in to our home and discussing which mini reno we are dreaming of first. As we sit here tonight snacking on the delicious treats Resolve gifted us I can honestly say that buying this house has been the easiest part of the entire moving process so far, all because of the team at Resolve. We used Marina as our buyer’s agent to help purchase a property in Perth from interstate and it made the whole process much easier. The biggest benefit was having someone on the ground looking out for our interests. She inspected properties for us, provided honest feedback, and helped narrow down options. This saved us a lot of time and made buying in a competitive market more manageable. Marina was also very patient throughout the search. My partner and I had the help of Marina who was incredible from day one. Her knowledge, communication and connections made our first home purchase as smooth and stress free as we could only of dreamt about.
