We had never considered employing a buyers agent, firmly believing this was a service for the high rollers only. But not long in to our property search we found that our busy lifestyles, the demands of parenting, careers, and our caring role meant the property search was proving frustrating, fruitless, and exhausting. Further, because we had never lived in Perth we were out of the loop on where it might be nice to even think about living, given our budget, the crazy market, and our families needs. The Resolve Team had our back from the moment we got in touch. Not only did Peter meet with us for the first time while he was on holiday but he and Chelsea and Allison put up with my random out there ideas and scattered thoughts around locations, property type etc. They supported us in tunnelling in on exactly what it is we wanted from our purchase, helping us to balance current and future family needs and financial security. They attended opens with us, figured out how important the light in a property was to me, and found options for us to contemplate. Once we all agreed we'd found the right property they dealt with everything. Negotiations, calls from agents, due diligence on the area/the property/any potential issues in the house. They advised us when to bend and when to stand firm and took so much of the stress out of the process for us. Once Peter had successfully secured the property for us Vicky stepped in and handled all the details like building inspections, ensuring faults were fixed prior to settlement, collecting keys, and walking with us in to our home and discussing which mini reno we are dreaming of first. As we sit here tonight snacking on the delicious treats Resolve gifted us I can honestly say that buying this house has been the easiest part of the entire moving process so far, all because of the team at Resolve. Roman was fantastic to work with. He really understands investment property strategies and gave me helpful advice. He also worked hard to negotiate a better price and saved me money. What I appreciated the most was his support after settlement. We found an underground water leak after the property settled, and Roman went above and beyond to help get it fixed for me at no cost. That kind of service is hard to find. I’m really grateful for all his help and professionalism throughout the whole process.

Had never used a Buyers Advocate before, we were initially somewhat sceptical about the process. Purchased a property with Roman driving the process, you would be crazy to do it any other way. As a NSW resident purchasing in WA for our SMSF, without Roman this could have turned into a nightmare. What we got - video recordings with commentary of various possibly locations - key info related to the locations - time and money saved as opposed to us travelling over and doing it for ourselves - a property price that was conservatively $50k less than expected Their fee was well worth it. If we purchased again in Perth we would go straight to RPS to do it.
