Great people, highly recommended. We bought our house with Max and crew in June, and never doubted our decision to use a buyer's advocate (for the first time). The team at Provincial are extremely professional and dedicated, and will be there to answer any question throughout the journey, however big or small. By the end of the experience I equated not using an advocate to going to court without your lawyer. The other side always has a representative and it's amazing the confidence you gain when you too have a professional on your side to sift through the real estate selling tactics and pushy and aggressive agents. Not only that, Max reexamined our finances and challenged our idea of the 'right property' to ensure we got the best result possible. Engaging Provincial is a small price to pay given the importance of getting such a big purchase right, would never buy property without this service again..
