I am extremely satisfied with the service from Property Zest. My investment property was originally managed by another agency, but when they closed down, Property Zest took over. Their quarterly inspections are always thorough, and they respond to every email within 24 hours, which gives me great peace of mind. They also do an excellent job selecting tenants. Recently, I needed to get my property back for personal use, which required the tenant to end the lease and move out early. Property Zest understood my situation well, communicated with the tenant promptly, and secured their agreement without delay. If I ever decide to rent this property out again, I would definitely consider working with Property Zest.

We have just rented a property with Property Zest 2 weeks ago. Samantha and Charisma have been absolutely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The communication was next level and the service has been excellent, and we have only just started our lease. From submitting our application to picking up the keys, they did not leave any detail out. We have been with many real estates over the last decade and we have not come across service like this. Highly recommend Property Zest, especially Samantha and Charisma. Thank you for making the transition period of finding a home for our little family, a smooth and stress-free process. We really appreciate it!
