Very thankful to Property Wizards for their help in getting my partner and I a lovely home. In absolutely brutal market conditions, we really despaired of finding something suitable within budget, but Mikki’s optimism and enthusiasm never waned! It was clear that she had our best interests at heart and was passionately driven to find us the *right* place, not just something to get the deal done - even when the months dragged on with lots of effort and no reward, and it seemed like the steep market growth may be putting our goals out of reach. When we finally settled on something that ticked all the “essentials” boxes and quite a few “nice to haves”, Property Wizards’ due diligence and market research helped us pinpoint our offer to exactly where it needed to be to secure the home without overpaying. Working with Michaela (Mikki) and the team at Property Wizards was one of our best decisions! As first home buyers we had no idea about the processes involved and we were quickly overwhelmed.
