We had a great experience with PMC who acted as a buying agent for us. We recently bought a property that we are thrilled with. We live 2 hours from Brisbane and were having trouble getting to open for inspections ourselves. PMC were able to do a pre-look at properties on our behalf and then we only needed to drive down if the property was right for us. It saved a huge amount of time. Dimitri and Carrie are both a delight to work with and are very professional. They were always able to answer our questions promptly and were a great help in the lead up to settlement aswell. One day we did a drive around Paddington with Dimitri and he pointed out all the streets he thought were good options and that was a great way to help us get familiar with the area. I highly recommend getting in touch with PMC if you need help finding a property.

Their in-depth knowledge of the Brisbane market combined with their ability to source properties and negotiate with sellers on your behalf takes all the stress out of what can be a daunting and anxiety-provoking process for the inexperienced property investor, ensuring you end up with a valuable asset in the right suburb at the right price. Their excellent Property Management service then will find the right tenant and look after all the details of renting out the property and using the best tradesmen for maintenance and repairs.
