We had an outstanding experience working with One Buyer’s Agency! From day one, Carli and Michael were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They genuinely cared about finding the right home for our family and took the time to understand exactly what we needed - not just what was available. Because we were overseas, the process could have been incredibly stressful, but they made it feel easy. They inspected numerous properties across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs on our behalf, gave honest and thorough feedback, and made us feel completely comfortable and confident in every step. Once we zeroed in on particular property, they negotiated a great price for us and handled all communication with the vendor’s agent, removing every bit of headache from the process. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. Michael in particular was absolutely stellar - always available, always quick to respond, and constantly going the extra yard to help us. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We truly couldn’t have done this without them, and we’re incredibly grateful. If you’re considering using a buyer’s agent, we would recommend One Buyer’s Agency without hesitation.

Working with Will Andrews was an absolute pleasure. We definitely weren’t the easiest clients… big wish list, tight budget but Will handled it all so well. He listened, stayed patient, and kept us in the loop the whole way through. What we appreciated most was how he stuck with us from start to finish. From the initial search right through to move-in, he was across everything and made the whole process feel easy. Somehow, he managed to find us the perfect place in a building we genuinely didn’t think was possible within our budget. On top of that, he’s just a great guy.
